Birdie Pass Members' Draw: October 2026

Terms and conditions

1. Agreement. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms. By taking part, entrants accept these terms.
2. The Birdie Pass. The Birdie Pass is a membership that gives members access to member pricing on Birdie Balls. Entry into Members' Draws is a bonus benefit of membership. Membership fees are paid for the membership benefits and are not a fee to enter this promotion. The price of the Birdie Pass has not been increased to cover this promotion.
3. Who can't enter. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible.
4. Entries.
   1. Each eligible member is automatically entered into each draw in the promotion period.
   2. For each draw, a member receives one (1) entry for each calendar month of continuous active membership up to and including the month of the draw. For example, a member who joined in August 2026 and has stayed a member receives three (3) entries in each October draw.
   3. A member must hold an active membership at 6:00pm AEST on the day of a draw to be included in that draw.
   4. If a member wins a draw, their count of months for the purposes of later draws starts again at one (1) from the month following the win.
   5. If a membership is cancelled or lapses, the member is not entered into any draw held after their membership ends. If they rejoin, their count starts again at one (1).
   6. This promotion covers only the draws listed in these terms. Any future Members' Draw will be run as a separate promotion under its own terms.
5. Prizes.
   1. 8 October 2026: one (1) Punters Golf V3 Range Finder, valued at $249.
   2. 15 October 2026: one (1) Punters Golf PULSE Launch Monitor, valued at $449.
   3. 22 October 2026: one (1) round of 18 holes for the winner with Lachy Waldon and Josh Ward at Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club, QLD, with green fees paid by the Promoter, to be played on a date agreed with the Promoter before 30 June 2027. If the winner cannot attend, they may instead choose a $500 voucher to be used for green fees at a golf course of their choice in Australia. The prize is valued at up to $500. Travel, accommodation and other costs are not included.
   4. 29 October 2026: one (1) Punters Golf PULSE Launch Monitor, valued at $449.
   5. 31 October 2026: one (1) set of Punters Golf P2 Irons (4–PW, right- or left-handed, KBS Tour Regular 120 or KBS Tour Stiff 125 shafts, as chosen by the winner), valued at $1,199 (RRP).
   6. All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. Values are based on recommended retail price as at the start of the promotion.
6. Draw. Each draw is conducted live by electronic random selection at the time and place stated above. One winner is drawn per draw. The Promoter will also draw reserve entries for each draw in case a prize is unclaimed.
7. Winner notification. Winners will be contacted by email and phone using the details on their Punters account within 2 business days of the draw. Winners' first name, last initial and state will be published on Punters Golf's social channels and at puntersgolf.com/pages/giveaway within 7 days of each draw.
8. Claiming a prize. A winner must respond and provide their delivery details within 14 days of being notified. If a prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the first valid reserve entry drawn for that draw, who will be contacted under clause 7.
9. Delivery. Physical prizes will be delivered free of charge to an address in Australia within 28 days of the winner providing their details.
10. Prize conditions. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, except as set out in clause 5(c). If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.
11. Publicity. If a winner agrees, the Promoter may film or photograph them receiving or using their prize for use on Punters Golf channels. Winners are not required to take part in publicity to receive a prize.
12. Verification. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify anyone who breaches these terms or tampers with the entry process.
13. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Privacy. Personal information is collected to run this promotion and is handled under the Promoter's privacy policy.
